What are we looking for?
We have an opportunity for a talented Business Analyst to join a market-leading company. Work with multiple clients across a range of industries. Ideally we would like to speak to someone with experience working on CRM projects (particularly Salesforce CRM). Role and responsibilities
- Previous experience in a Business Analysis role
- User requirements gathering (workshops, surveys, interviews etc)
- Requirements translation/documentation (epics, features, user stories etc)
- Work with technical resources and teams
- Work in an agile or traditional environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High communications skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem solving, consulting and analytical skills
