Your new role
As a technically focused Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT Performance Team within the IT Branch and the role will engage with business areas to analyse business requirements, conduct research and design products and services in a user-centred and iterative way. As a Technical Business Analyst you will be able to facilitate design sessions to elicit requirements, rules and be able to document design decisions in order to meets business outcomes. This position works closely with the Design, Technical and Development teams.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrated success as a Technical Business Analyst ideally within a Federal Government environment with a minimum 3-5 years’ experience working as a Technical Business Analyst. You will have demonstrated experience in analysing business processes, identifying alternate solutions and recommending new approaches with further exposure in writing technical documentation, including business requirements, high level solution designs, technical feasibility assessments, functional specifications and technical specifications. Due to the project environment, all applicants are required to be Australian Citizens to apply for this role.
