SUBDIVISION OFFICER
Part Time (min 4 days) or Full Time
The Land Division is an established multidisciplinary land surveying and town planning firm with a primary focus on residential land subdivision. We are a market leader in small-medium residential lot subdivisions throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
Our clients include developers, property investors, building companies and owner occupiers.
The position will be based at our Malaga office where you will work under the guidance of Senior staff that will assist with your professional development.
The person we are looking for must be highly motivated and have a genuine interest in all things subdivision which is the businesses core focus. The successful applicant must have sound written and research skills, be able to take initiative and communicate clearly with clients and Government agencies.
Experience in the land subdivision process in WA is desirable.
Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning, Surveying or Property is desirable.
