A fantastic role for an User Experience Design Lead has become available in a very exciting creative agency that work with some of Australia’s most recognised brands. This is a hands-on role so would suit a Senior UX Designer that wants a step up in title and responsibilities or a UX lead that enjoys being hands-on and wants an opportunity to lead projects and teams of the future.
Working closely with talented creatives and interactive designers, you will be responsible for leading customer research activities, facilitate design workshops and develop conceptual designs, delivery and support of integrated experience solutions. You must be knowledgeable in creating personas, customer journeys, blueprints, task flows, rapid prototyping, sitemaps and wireframes. At the same time, you must understand the visual design and be a great collaborator.
To be successful for this role you must have prior agency experience as a Senior UX designer or design lead, an energetic personality, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, experience in and able to teach others how to work in a fast-paced lead by example know-how.
