With over twenty-five years in the residential building industry my client continues to diversify and adapt to the current housing market. Focused on the design and development of project homes servicing clients from first home buyers to investors, knock down rebuilds (custom homes) and medium density projects such as unique townhouse developments across Queensland and Victoria. This role will offer variety and scope to work on a multitude of residential projects. Due an increase in contracts in 2018 they are now seeking an additional Draftsperson to join their team based in their office on the north side of Brisbane. 

Key Skills

• Minimum 2 - 4 years' Drafting experience within a HIGH volume environment 
• Recent professional experience working in the housing industry, inclusive of high and low sets and medium density projects 
• Revit knowledge is essential 
• A thorough understanding and knowledge of construction methodology, building codes, council regulations and covenants is key 
• Committed to pursuing a long term career
• You will be driven and motivated to be apart of an enthusiastic and passionate team and expanding organisation
