ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This renowned design and construct firm requires a Registered Senior Architect to join their team. The company works on a range of luxury homes, dual occupancy's, and townhouses. 

ABOUT THE POSITION.

In this position you will be reporting to the Director. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of juniors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, and being hands on with the projects.

DUTIES.
  • Manage the delivery of projects in a timely manner
  • Lead a small team
  • Hands on with projects from design through to documentation
  • Liaise with clients, councils, and consultants
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Highly proficient Revit or ArchiCAD skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture or similar
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Previous experience working on low to medium density residential projects
