We provide the answers to the digital challenges they face.We’re looking for an experienced CX Designer to join our team at RXP Collective and work with one of Australia’s best-known brands!
What do we need from you?
- Strong understanding of the customer research and design thinking process
- Ability to extract meaningful insights and produce actionable research outputs
- Ability to take previously conducted research and draw and apply insights
- Ability to understand and identify business processes and link to customer research to improve services and experiences
- Individual and group facilitation
- Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management
- Customer Experience research and/or Service Design
- Key CX design and research artefacts including Persona Creation, Customer Journey Mapping, and Service Blueprinting
- Developing recommendations and presenting to business stakeholders
- Extensive experience in methodologies for uncovering customer needs and service opportunities
- Experience in customer research, concept and usability testing, human factors, and other related disciplines within a consultative or corporate environment
- Experience in managing projects and/or time critical tasks
- Demonstrated thought leadership and conceptual thinking, driven by current trends and business outcomes
