We’re looking for an experienced CX Designer to join our team at RXP Collective and work with one of Australia’s best-known brands!

What do we need from you?

  • Strong understanding of the customer research and design thinking process
  • Ability to extract meaningful insights and produce actionable research outputs
  • Ability to take previously conducted research and draw and apply insights
  • Ability to understand and identify business processes and link to customer research to improve services and experiences
  • Individual and group facilitation
  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management
You must be able to demonstrate expertise in:
  • Customer Experience research and/or Service Design
  • Key CX design and research artefacts including Persona Creation, Customer Journey Mapping, and Service Blueprinting
  • Developing recommendations and presenting to business stakeholders
You’ll also need to have:
  • Extensive experience in methodologies for uncovering customer needs and service opportunities
  • Experience in customer research, concept and usability testing, human factors, and other related disciplines within a consultative or corporate environment
  • Experience in managing projects and/or time critical tasks
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and conceptual thinking, driven by current trends and business outcomes
