About Us

Enhance Urban Planning (EUP) is a boutique town planning consultancy based on Chevron Island (Surfers Paradise) but servicing all areas of Queensland and northern New South Wales. Planning is our core service across a range of key development sectors including residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use, industrial, education, and leisure.

The opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Graduate Town Planner to join our team. EUP values ongoing training and career development. EUP provides support and flexibility as a valued member of our growing team. We will provide ongoing training and development. Work alongside a Director and Senior planners, who will support and collaborate with you. You will work on a wide variety of projects from small scale residential to large scale mixed use.

Your experience and skills

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will have experience in the following areas:

• Being responsible for the preparation and lodgement of Development Applications, as well as undertaking planning appraisals and providing advice to clients
• Assisting in managing, scoping, costing and tracking projects alongside our team of professionals
• Balancing client expectations with core planning values

• Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team members

• Possess the relevant tertiary qualifications in Town Planning
