Hey Archiviz 3Ders, we're looking for a super-talented, high-quality individual to join our team. 

We're looking for people who already have the skills to produce beautiful images of both interiors and exteriors using 3dsmax and VRay. We're also looking for people who want to hang around and grow (personally, financially, skills) with our company, so if you've got dreams of heading O/S to spend those last few years before the working visa age cut-off kicks in, then you're not the person we're looking for right now.

We want you to be able to hit the ground running, sure there'll be some learning involved, for example you'll need to get your head around the libraries and learn our workflows, but we'd expect that you'd be up to speed within a few months and hopefully you can teach us a thing or too as well. We're always open to new ideas so if you think you can bring something new to the table to improve upon what we're already doing then we'd love to hear those ideas as well.

You'll be coming in as a mid to senior level artist so there will be expectations that you will not only be able to produce your own amazing images, but that you will be able to do other incredible tasks, like deal with clients and teach junior staff some of your 3d trickery, so they too might one day be as good as you.  

We want your images to be astounding for sure, but also to be delivered on time or less if possible! You'll need to have a good understanding of the difference between a passion project and a commercially viable image. Whilst it is fun, our clients just aren't going to pay for you to spend two weeks refining the normal map of that brick texture!  

As a senior artist other artists will look up to you, so we would expect that your work ethic/hustle would emulate someone who is driven and passionate. You won't be expected to work late on a regular basis, as we feel a healthy work/life balance is important, but from time to time as a senior artist we'll look to you to set the pace and if there's work that has to be done and a crazy deadline we just can't move, then you may just need to stay back and get that stuff done.

For the most part, you'll be seeing your images through from modelling to high-res though from time to time you will work as part of a team on projects.  

Talents you must possess:

·         A strong understanding of 3DS max, V-Ray and Photoshop.

·         An understanding of photographic composition and creativity.

·         A strong eye for interior design and/or Landscaping.

·         A strong work ethic.

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         The ability to work within a team & individually.

·         The ability to manage time frames and stick to deadlines.

·         A passion for architecture/interior design and the ability to read and understand architectural drawings/CAD plans.

Talents that can't hurt have:

·         Illustrator

·         After Effects

·         GrowFX

·         Marvelous Designer

·         Forest Pack/Rail Clone

·        UNREAL
