Your new company
This well-respected design studio, with long standing presence both nationally and globally believes that every iteration of technology changes how people work. This practice is facing growth in every corners, and planning to expand their team in a brand new office based in the CBD. This reputable client is ideally seeking for a Director / Principal level person to join the team. Your new role
You will be experienced in working across all stages of the project cycle. You will have the know-how to take a variety of projects from schematic design through to construction. You will also have expert working knowledge of ideally Revit and it is imperative that you have experience working on commercial, hospitality and retail projects. This role will also have you focus on Business Development in the Workplace Interiors space. This is not mandatory but if you have a keen interest in Business Development, this will be a bonus.
What you'll need to succeed
You would have at least 10 years + or more experience. You would directly report to the Regional Principal and Board. It is expected that they you will interact with all Principal staff. My client does have an extensive workplace team across the board locally and internationally, so it is expected you would collaborate with these studios quite heavily in the first instance. This is either a Sydney or Melbourne based role, but we do envisage travel as required for project commitments.
