Your new company
This Australian owned, high end and bespoke studio specialising in Residential, Commercial, Retail and Hospitality is known for their creativity, out of the box thinking and most important great working environment. Since its inception, they have now expanded from a team of 4 to 20, with projects already lined up in 2018! It's an exciting year with great visions.
Your new role
You will be an independent designer with strong conceptual skills, able to run projects from start to finish. You will have total ownership to bring your designs to live into the projects that my client will entrust you with. Yes, you will have your say in design, lead and run projects at the same time. You will also be coordinating with internal and external consultants so it is imperative that you will have outstanding client relationship and communications skills. Being a 100% Revit firmed, you will be strong with documenting in Revit however not mandatory. Be a good problem solver and someone who can take directions well.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Your multi sectors experience in Hospitality, Retail, Residential or Commercial will be very highly regarded. You are competent in coming up with concept that hit the client's brief but at the same time attaining to the budget of the project. You are creative and innovative and a doer! Your strong leadership skills will help define the studio's future success.
