We're looking for someone with a blend of graphic design, marketing and communications skills to join Montlaur's Sydney business. As a designer on our team you'll lend your creative skills to help build a suite of high-impact, visually appealing marketing material.   

This is a newly created position, and is a chance to join this successful company at an exciting period of growth in the Sydney market. With a well-established business humming in Melbourne, you'll need to connect in with them often to find out how they do things, then take it, tweak it for the Sydney business and work your magic. And if it all works out, there is definitely a chance to go permanent.

Your days will involve:

• Collaborating with the team to understand the brief, and leading the development of a visual and written content creation for various channels including website, social media, promotional material, proposals and submissions, tender documents
• Developing and maintaining general marketing material including video content (interviews, case studies, testimonials and brand videos), promotional flyers, staff CV's and our photo reference library.
• Contribute to Montlaur's online and social media communities, particularly on LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, creating engaging content and new conversations specific to the Sydney market.
• Manage the print production process with external suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness and timeliness.
• Lending a hand with whatever tasks pop up to help our Sydney business thrive.

To succeed in this role you'll need…

• A few years' experience in a graphic design and marketing role; Brownie points awarded if it's within a professional services environment or the property and construction industry.
• High level of proficiency Adobe (InDesign and PhotoShop) and Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Approach assignments with an innovative and pro-active attitude whilst taking the times to understand the business, the objective, the target audience etc.
• You'll be liaising with all areas of the organisation, so you'll need the ability and experience to collaborate ideas and solutions. You'll need to confidence to know what you know and where you need help.
• Low ego with a muck in and get it down attitude.
