The practice:
I am representing an established fit-out contractor who work across NSW. They specialise in commercial fit-out offering a bespoke service to a variety of different clients in the commercial space. The client are looking for a Senior Interior Designer/Design Manager with exceptional design and presentation skills. 
 
The role:                                                        
The role would suit someone with a minimum 8 years experience of Fit-out and commercial projects in an interior design and construction capacity. The practice is looking for a strong designer who has led the conceptualization and delivery of high end interiors projects. You will also be required to run a small team of designers, so having previous experience in management is essential for this role. 

You will be able to demonstrate:
 - Ideally a minimum of 8+ years’ Interior Design experience, specializing in workplace and commercial projects.
- Ideally proficiency in ArchiCAD 
- Proven record of leading projects through all phases, including detailed documentation and delivery.
- Ability to create, nurture and grow client and internal relationships
- Excellent verbal, graphic and written communication and skills.
- Strong conceptual design, presentation and detailing ability.
