We are looking to talk with interior designers, who can not only co-ordinate but essentially run projects. 

Day to day you will work on projects at different stages, and also be involved in upfront creative design work as well. 

The team is cohesive and the culture is collaborative where ideas come from all levels of the organisation.

Report straight into Director of the firm, so over time their is the opportunity to move into Associate role. 

The role: 
• Lead role on projects in the hotel and retail space  from concept  to completion 
• Develop concept and design for client presentation. Effectively lead and run project teams through all stages
• Coordinate consultants
• Manage client relationships
• Manage project teams and deliver outcomes
• Mentor junior team members

Candidate Background:
• Qualified Interior Designer
• 6 + years commercial experience with some hotel/hospitality experience 
• Previous experience liaising with clients 
• At least 12 months local experience here in Australia
• Solid all round technical skills from design through all stages to construction
• Excellent client management skills
• CAD skills - Revit beneficial but not essential training provided
• Experience mentoring more junior/intermediate staff
