Our client, a market leader in Commercial Interior Design and Technology is now looking for an experienced Visual Designer to join their winning teams. As part of your role, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional CAD resource and service for the business by providing accurate detailed shop drawings, quality renders and other visuals.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support to Sales by generating product using CAD or Revit for use in Tenders and EOI's
- Incorporating brief design concepts, specifications and required information into drawing packages using company drafting standards
- Interacting with key stakeholders to quickly and accurately create drawings during the design process
- Creating and modifying drawings to show the detail and assembly of a wide variety of equipment and mechanical devices, indicating dimensions, fastening methods and other requirements.
The successful candidates will bring the following skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in REVIT/CAD
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Knowledge of drafting standards, mathematics, science and engineering technology
- Solid experience in 3D, CAD techniques ideally gained within construction, civil engineering or architectural environments
- Familiar with drafting and document control practices
