What’s to love about this role:

• This is a hands-on, hybrid role for a super star Designer who full understands UX fundamentals and principals;
• You will be building interactive prototypes and mock-ups to showcase your design solutions to the business;
• Projects span across web and mobile applications and the full customer experience;
• Liaise with stakeholders to showcase your designs that solve customer and business problems;
• Take concepts and turn them into tangible design experiences that will engage and delight customers;
• Create visually pleasing work that uplifts customers’ digital experience; and
• Everything you design is packed with heaps of user empathy and you can back it up with some formal UX design principals.

What you will have:

• A brilliant portfolio showcasing your outstanding visual design work;
• Your interaction and visual design skills are top-notch, and you have a knack for making the complex clear for users and developers alike;
• Proficiency in translating and extending concepts across digital platforms - be it desktop, mobile, or tablet;
• Being from a graphic design background will be hugely beneficial to the success of the role and your creations;
• Excellent knowledge of visual design fundamentals including layout, typography, iconography and brand identity;
• An up-to-date knowledge of current online interactive trends;
• Experience using a wide range of design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite to communicate and present your ideas;
• You have the ability to back your design decisions and lead the design process; and
• Bonus points for active participation in the design community.
