The Company:

Our client is known as one of Melbourne’s leading homebuilders, who pride themselves on their inclusive culture and genuinely invest in their people. They provide a unique range of products across both inner-urban and greenfield estates. Currently they are looking to consolidate their successful Operations team by bringing in the industry’s best talent. You will contribute your proven experience to their high-performing and dynamic team.
  
Your New Role:

• Manage production of all customers’ drawings in accordance with company guidelines
• Oversee & provide leadership for the Drafting team
• Maintain delivery of quality, volume and deadlines for all internal construction drawing job files
• Set and enforce standards across drafting staff including; policies, procedures & staff development
• Strategic input into improving productivity & efficiency
• Accept new sales into the business, against compliance to company standards, title restrictions & developer guidelines
• New product development & innovation
• Feasibility for new products from a drafting perspective against budget

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Drafting Management role for a Victorian homebuilder
• Ability to motivate and drive outcomes within a successful, pre-established organisation
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to priorities a variety of tasks in a high-volume work environment
• Strong administration & organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
• Highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills
