Position Summary
Applications are now open for Project Architects (Rail Sector) with a high degree of technical skill and competence in Design, Documentation and/or Delivery.

Position Accountabilities:-
- Deliver documentation to a reference design stage
- Develop conceptual massing models and work with project leads to develop the design
- Contribute to the delivery of projects and project packages on time
- Create design presentations, with sufficient knowledge of Adobe software and/or 3D modelling software such as rhino, grasshopper, dynamo
- Documentation in Revit for schematic design and reference design phases
- Design communication skills to convey design concepts through imagery and diagrams
- Understand the requirements of the BCA/NCC and other consultant reports
- Work closely with the senior project architects to ensure the design intent is maintained through documentation

- Is a Registered Architect
- A good understanding of the NCC & DDA codes
- An ability to run projects from commencement to completion
- An ability to coordinate the project with other consultants
- An ability to run small project teams
- An ability to adapt to brief or design changes
- Experience in a project office is favourable
- Revit / documentation experience required
