Graphic Designer / Social media specialist

Zenergy Group has expanded its offering to our clients recently following a 10 year focus on the recruitment of Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Workers compensation for industry. Our clients range from ASX top 200 through to State and Federal Government organisations across Australia and our head office is located at 50 Pitt Street in Sydney. 2017 was a pivotal year for Zenergy in which we launched 2 new businesses that complemented Zenergy’s group overarching strategy, all of which are all gaining exceptional market engagement.
We are looking for a Design and Social media specialist to; build websites for these new organisations that tie in to the group’s brand strategy, review and align internal and external marketing brochures, presentations and expand our social media content to expand our online reach. We see this role as being a 6 month full time role initially to scope and implement this works however with the growth of the business, this could quite likely be extended or made permanent.
Most importantly, we are looking for a self-starter who is able to work in the CBD for an organisation that is genuinely focussed on the wellbeing of its staff and clients. We will need someone with exemplary written and verbal communication skills as this role will be working with multiple stakeholders to review and build this content We can be somewhat flexible in the hours of work and would consider part time or full time for the right person.
At a granular level, we see that the below tasks would be an example of your daily activity;
- Editing and design of; photos, PowerPoint presentations, brochures and video content for both print and online publishing
- Review and implementation of social media strategy and wider media strategy
- Review and development of website content and structure to align with expanding organisational offering
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated capability using the following software
- The adobe creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lighroom etc.)
- WordPress
- MailPoet
- Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Word)
- Social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter etc.)
