Due to a strong pipeline of work across the Residential and Commercial Sectors of the business our client requires a Senior Design Manager to oversee multiple new build projects.
The company have been in Sydney for over 10 years, but have recently been experiencing rapid growth due to a very passionate and driven team and some strong senior hires.
They are currently heavily investing into developing their team, systems and processes, so it is a great time to join an emerging player in the Sydney market.

In this role you will be working on multiple projects that will range in construction value from $10-$90million. You will be instrumental in this business and will be communicating with various stakeholders regularly.
The candidate will:

- Have a minimum 3 years’ experience in Design Management for a Tier 2 or 3 Head Contractor
- Tertiary education in Architecture, Engineering or Equivalent
- Be a proactive communicator
- Enjoy working as part of a team
