The Role
The role of Associate Landscape Architect requires a close working relationship with the Board of Directors and the active participation and contribution as a recognised leader to produce innovative, advanced designs across the studio's portfolio. Have the opportunity to work across public realm, education, health, infrastructure, Sports, multi-unit residential, heritage, commercial and retail typologies. This role gives responsibility for quality of design, documentation and co-ordination of projects including management of team resources, program / budgets as well as client relationships. The successful candidate will work within a supportive leadership team and have the mentorship and guidance of Directors but also the opportunity to shape the future of the landscape team.

This studio is transitioning to Revit so Revit knowledge is highly desirable.
Skills and Experience
- A degree in Landscape Architecture and registration as a Landscape Architect;
- Industry recognition as being a thought leader and innovative designer
- Proven experience in the design and delivery of projects across a range of typologies
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Australia in Landscape Architectural practice
- Extensive knowledge of project delivery from schematic sesign to contract administration
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- An understanding of documentation delivery within Vectorworks (preferable)
- Knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, and NSW Planning framework
- Advanced Presentation skills
- Experience in business development and tender submissions;
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team demonstrating advanced people skills
- Revit knowledge is an advantage
