Seeking a talented freelance designer, to work on a regular basis and assist with the day to day.

As an independent agency we specialise in retail and provide integrated communication solutions for consumer focused marketers. We have a full service offering on a boutique scale, which means you'll work across a variety of clients and projects – from campaigns & branding, through to design & digital.

With an estimated 2-3 days (inhouse / remotely) per week initially, this role provides the opportunity to grow with us.

An individual with a passion for design, advertising and branding – you work well in collaboration with others but also deliver exceptional results independently.

You are seeking to be part of a small team where people like you, have a healthy obsession with what they do. You have the ability to craft creative ideas from concept through to the finished product in a timely manner. You enjoy working across a range of clients and managing a busy workload, all with the ability to think outside the box.

You will be integral to assisting in the development and rollout of advertising campaigns / promotions, regular day to day client needs (from design to digital), through to branding projects.

You're driven to produce exceptional creative work, with an eye for detail and pride yourself on consistency. You're are a down to earth, organised, proactive and a clear communicator.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• 2+ years min experience is ideal
  (preferably for a creative agency or similar)
• Highly competent in Adobe CC
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong in concepting and ideation
• Good communication skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge/experience with integrating campaigns across multiple channels is preferable: TV, radio, print, press, outdoor and digital etc
• Ability to work on a project from concept to finished art, in a timely manner
• Ability to develop and execute campaign ideas and concepts 
• Ability to work with existing brands or assist in development of new brands
• Demonstrate exceptional / high quality design and typography skills
• Excellent finished art skills and a great eye for detail
• Love working as part of a small team
• Strong folio with some killer work 
   

Bonus Skills (not necessary):

• Knowledgeable and confident in designing for digital platforms (website, digital advertising and social)
• Basic knowledge of editing / working in WordPress, with basic knowledge of code of editing CSS
• Retouching / Advanced photo editing skills
• Basic video editing capabilities for web and social animation 
   

Salary:
Hourly / Day rate negotiable.
Based on experience.
