The Company:
Work with a leading Australian Property Developer with over $2.4 billion projects in pipeline. Working on iconic, high-value sights through-out NSW. This company are in the unique position of being market leaders within the multi-residential sector, and therefore will propel your career in the right direction
About the role:
The role of a Design Manager within this developer is varied and busy, it will suit someone who is motivated and driven with strong design sensibilities. The team is made up of 15 design managers, architects and interior designers, that work closely with the construction and delivery team. The role is a combination of managing external and internal stakeholders, and consultants to value engineer future projects, and to ensure projects are being delivered on budget and timeframes. Along with ensuring that quality design solutions are being produced, both internally and externally
About you:
You will be a proactive, design focused architect with a strong background within the multi-residential sector, and have previously worked in a position where you have worked on large scale projects.
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Masters qualified in Architecture
- Hold NSW registration
- Understanding of urban design, and street scaping
- Strong understanding of the BCA, NCC and local codes of construction.
- Well presented portfolio highlighting your mixed-use, and residential experience.
- Indepth construction experience, with previous site exposure.
