ACRWORLD are excited to be working with one of Sydney's leading Architecture and Design firm's who are looking to hire a talented Billings Assistant on flexible part time basis. This firm is high performing and needs your expertise to ensure the smooth running of the company's accounts department. Being a part of this dynamic tight knit team, you will see yourself hands on and engaged in all area's of the business.  

Your Day to Day: 

You will be assisting the Billings Manager on a daily basis by providing help with  invoicing and ongoing data analysis. The Sydney office is located on the city fringe however has several offices around Australia and some administration and accounts support with be required to inter-state offices.
  • Review and approve invoices for accounts department 
  • Complete and manage monthly company claims 
  • Attend management meetings, assist with company forecasting and provide financial information for project bids and submissions
  • Liaise with project leaders, subcontractors and sub consultants to ensure invoices and expenses are completed and submitted in correct time 
  • Track and analyse project performance (i.e. job costing, budgeting and staffing) 
  • Manage archiving logs 

You’ll Need 
 
We would love to talk to candidates who have previous experience within a similar role. This can be across financial billings or administrative role. 
The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible and team-focused. The candidate must also be self-motivated and proactive
  
You will also be able to demonstrate experience across:
  • Previous experience in Financial billings/administrative role
  • Accounts and book keeping knowledge
  • Experience with BST is essential 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Flexible and pro-active approach 
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure situations
