About Your New Role
Working as a Team Coordinator you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative assistance to a busy team of project managers.

You will draw upon your exceptional skills in writing and design whilst editing and proofreading reports, submissions, and presentations to drive successful outcomes and representations of the company whilst making sure your teams's day runs smoothly through providing exceptional administrative support.
  • General administrative assistance to your team in all aspects of day to day operations
  • Developing, editing, proofreading and reviewing graphics, presentations and other messaging materials and templates
  • Extensive Diary management
  • Coordination of meetings and events
  • Booking of domestic travel, and;
  • Managing expenses and reconciling credit card statements
About You
With a genuine interest in the property and infrastructure industry, you will thrive working in a fast paced environment, within a dynamic team that absolutely appreciates attention to detail and your proactive approach to work. 
You will also further possess:
  • 2 years+ experience in a related position
  • Experience working on large bid submissions would be ideal
  • Intermediate-advanced skills in MS Word (particular formatting documents) and/or proficient with Adobe Suite (InDesign etc.)
  • Strong customer service and organisation skills, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
  • Excellent grammar, and attention to detail that is second to none
