The Role


Your new role as a Client Services Officer will be to provide end-to-end customer service and general support to Customers, Stakeholders and Senior Executives in the business. You will also be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.


Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Answer all incoming calls and complete all inbound calls and provide representatives and staff with agreed levels of service
  • Assist with new business processing and policy amendments
  • Ensure all correspondence including policy documentation is in accordance with set Service Level Agreements
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to team culture and team activities
  • Prepare and present documentation to customers and follow up on service quotations


Experience and Skills Required

  • Previous experience in providing end-to-end customer service role managing financial product enquiries
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with outstanding time-management and organisational skills with MS Office experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, positive attitude with the ability to provide high quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, able to work autonomously and in a team with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work with management and executives at all levels of the business
