Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls
• Assist client queries via phone and email
• Meeting room management
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Any ad hoc administration duties
• Manage all deliveries to the office
• Mail distribution
• Ordering of stationary and kitchen supplies
• Maintain internal database
Key Skills & Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a receptionist
• Basic/Intermediate MS Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Present in a professional & corporate manner at all times
• Highly organised with an ability to take on multiple tasks
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Positive Team player
• Strong client focus
