Our National D&C organisation seeks a driven Administrator with demonstrated experience in CHEOPS based data input and maintenance to take our Construction processes to the next step.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will liaise closely with key Construction staff and external stakeholders to reduce manual tasks and seamlessly achieve the following outcomes through one system:

• Job Costing Forecast
• Purchase Orders - Materials/Procurement
  • Input order amounts and compare against committed costs
  • Raise and distribute Purchase Orders
  • Value check against Budget
  • Track Deliveries against Orders
• Sub Contract Administration
  • Input Lump Sum/ Schedule of Rates/Bills of Quantities
  • Input Guarantee details
  • Enter Progress Payments
  • Record Variations
  • Produce Notices as required
• Track and report on Variations
• Track labour costs
• Invoicing milestone updates
