Located in the Parramatta area and working with a team, the position plays an instrumental part in ensuring all administrative duties are taken care of.
The Position
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be required to provide support to three areas of the business; sales, finance and supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Manage reception; answer incoming calls & greet visitors
- Prepare accounts payable vendor invoices for scanning by DHL
- Check expense reports on receipt to ensure accuracy
- Manage couriers and distribute mail
- Order and manage office supplies
- Process customer orders and letters of credit
- Raise purchase orders
- Arrange travel bookings
- Arrange meetings & ensure room availability
- And other adhoc tasks as needed by the team
- Solid experience in a similar Office Administration role
- Proven all-round experience in the duties noted above
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate high attention to detail
- Be able to work with stakeholders at various levels
- Have the ability to build rapport with clients
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Experience with the system SAP is a definite advantage
