As Business Support Assistant you will enjoy a varied role supporting the Operations, Human Resources and Finance teams and acting as the first point of customer service for our clients.

Duties:

  • Reception duties. 
  • General administration – supporting the HR, Operations and Finance teams
  • Dealing with incoming calls, redirecting and assisting as required
  • Supporting our not for profit art foundation – providing administrative support to our education and exhibition programs  

Skills and Experience:

  • Good customer service experience - both face to face and over the phone
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite - Word Outlook and excel
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and take initiative
  • Previous experience / qualifications in an administrative role
  • A friendly, approachable and professional demeanor, with a desire to learn
