Financial Operations Coordinator

In this newly created role you will provide administration support to our team of Engagement Controllers at Deloitte. The Operation Coordinator’s play an important role in ensuring that the engagements in our financial systems are managed, coordinated and maintained effectively.

Support responsibilities include both financial and administration tasks around engagement management processes. Key tasks include:

A detail oriented individual who enjoys a fast paced, deadline driven role and works effectively to meet task deadlines. You will have strong oral and written communication skills and are inquisitive by nature. Equipped with beginner to intermediate level MS office skills especially Excel along with a high level of numerical accuracy. Previous experience within an administration or support role would be advantageous; as would Degree or Certificate/ Diploma studies related to Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
