About the Opportunity
In this role you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for any facilities or building related issues
- Allocating jobs to existing contactors and follow up of maintenance requests and work orders
- Regular floor walks ensuring areas are clean, maintained and free of hazards
- Logging calls via an online service portal
- Working within policies and procedures to support other areas of the business
- Providing regular and effective communication to staff and management on any facilities related matters
- Occupancy counts and data entry of statistics
- Supply management of kitchen and stationery amenities
- Liaising with internal customers, service providers, contractors and building management
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience as a Facilities Assistant
- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain genuine working relationships
