An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our St Mary's team. You will need to be a team player, who can learn and adapt quickly to a new and demanding environment, have strong computer and data entry skills and a willingness to ensure all customer issues are dealt quickly, cleanly and correctly. 

This is an integral role for the business unit and your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing dedicated customer service from receiving orders  -to the delivery of product for all customers.
  • Processing high volumes of customer orders via phone, email and fax.
  • Providing product availability, pricing and delivery information.
  • Maintaining a high level of communication with Customers, Account Managers, Production, Dispatch and National office.
  • Assisting in the coordination and completion of stocktakes.
  • Following up on all queries and delivery issues in a timely fashion.

What you'll have:

  • A focus on safe and efficient operations.
  • Previous experience in timber or residential construction industries highly desirable.
  • Fantastic time management skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and accurate data entry skills.
  • Accurate arithmetic skills and the ability to calculate timber dimensions and size measurements.
  • Prior experience in SAP is preferable.
