Our client is looking to appoint a receptionist to help the smooth running of the business day-day.

Client Details

Description

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Process all expenses

  • Create PowerPoint presentations for the team

  • Update client files using the in-house CRM

  • Pull together monthly reports

  • Liaising with clients over email

  • Help run and manage company events

  • All other ad hoc admin tasks as required

Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Minimum of 1 years reception experience
  • Experience in working in a corporate environment is highly desirable
  • Highly experienced in all MS Office suites
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Willingness to perform ad-hoc duties as required by the office
