This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global leader within the wholesale industry who specialise in importing quality eyewear.

In this position, you will be working in a small, fun and friendly team where your responsibilities will cover a range of customer service, administration and sales support duties.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Answer customer queries related to their orders
• Data entry
• General admin and reporting
• Taking quotes and order processing
• Liaising with both the sales and warehouse team
• Providing support and aftercare to customers
• Resolve any complaints and warranty issues
• CRM management
• Coordinating the dispatching of goods from orders that are received

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role - 2 years
• High level of communication skills - written and verbal
• Professional telephone manner
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• High level of customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to manage conflict
• Ability to work in a fun and fast-paced environment
• MS Office skills - intermediate/advanced
• Quick and capable learner
• Attention to detail with fast and accurate data entry skills
