We here at Drake International is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Administrator for a well-known business for an ongoing assignment Monday through to Friday located in Scoresby at $25+ per hour.
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Previous Customer Service/call centre experience (not essential but favourable)
- Experience in a ‘hands-on’ trade (e.g. carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, electrical) (will be held in high regard)
- Excel expertise
- CRM experience (orders/warranties and credits)
- Wholesale or retail sales experience (not essential but favourable)
- Account management or support experience.
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Report writing
- Ability to answering between 50-100 calls per day.
- Liaising with internal management
To be successful for this you must have:
- Bubbly and can-do attitude.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Two relevant verbal work-related references
