Due to maternity leave, the Customer Operations team are seeking to appoint a Customer Operations Specialist on a maximum term contract, in a Full Time capacity ending April 2019. This role will be based in Notting Hill, Melbourne.

Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, you will provide high level sales and service support to both external customers and our sales teams.

Our Customer Operations Team are the key contact point for Olympus’ customers and are responsible for processing sales and invoicing, to enable customers to receive orders in a timely and effective manner. This role will see you answer internal and customer queries on delivery time, product availability, pricing and order status via phone, fax and email. Our Customer Operations Team provide coverage for our business Australia wide from 7am - 7pm AEST.

Other responsibilities include liaising with staff across the organisation to resolve issues, updating customer information in Salesforce, service repair requests, exchange, return and loan transactions, credits and customer feedback management.

All about you:

To be considered for this opportunity, your history will demonstrate similar experience within a customer sales and service support environment. You will consider yourself to be proactive, customer focused and highly organised along with the ability to communicate at all levels confidently and with a personable and professional manner. Ideally you will have experience utilising SAP and order management systems, and be competent with MS Excel.

Ultimately, we are looking for an organised and energetic team player who consistently delivers outstanding service to external and internal customers. Your can-do attitude and skilful problem solving will add value to the team and to our customers.
