We’re a small consultancy entering an exciting stage of growth, and we need a highly-talented allround professional to delivery first-rate PA support to our passionate and charismatic CEO, while making sure the office runs smoothly for our small but growing team.

If you are passionate and skilled at supporting senior stakeholders, can think proactively and can manage multiple tasks at once, and would fit well into a friendly collaborative funky office in Surry Hills, we’d love to hear from you!

We want you to:

  • Deliver peerless support to our fabulous CEO, including:
    • Managing her business diary,
    • Coordinating business travel  
    • Setting up appointments and coordinating logistics for meetings and seminars,
    • Issuing confirmations of meetings and follow up afterwards with thanks and action emails
    • Recording key outcomes in our CRM
    • anticipating and pre-empting her needs and requirements!
  • Prepare materials for meetings and events, including proofing and editing documents, presentations and proposals
  • Be our first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
  • Keep the office humming, including mailing, equipment, ordering supplies, maintaining office ambience and cleanliness etc.
  • Take charge of the day-today administration of the wider business, assisting with accounts, bill paying and filing.

 

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE IF:

  • You have previous experience in a PA role (at least 3 years)
  • You are dependable, ultra-professional, and equipped with excellent people skills. You understand that you’re pivotal to the business.
  • You have excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • You can take direction, know what to prioritise and can make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • You can demonstrate advanced Microsoft Office suite competencies, have a working knowledge of Adobe and Xero, and have experience using both a PC and a Mac.
  • You’re approachable, enthusiastic and friendly, just like us!
