Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professionally presented corporate receptionist to join our team on a part-time, job-share basis.
As the face of the company you will responsible for keeping our corporate reception area running smoothly and creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors to our office in the Adelaide CBD. Your exceptional people skills and strong administration experience will enable you to succeed in this position.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors to the office providing first class service at all times
- Answering all telephone calls and transferring efficiently and courteously to the appropriate individual
- Assisting with mail and couriers
- Sales data entry into CRM system
- Maintaining the presentation of our client reception area
- Managing our suite of meeting rooms and arranging catering requirements
- Monitoring and ordering stationary, printing and kitchen stock to ensure levels are maintained
- Providing administration assistance; data entry, mail outs, typing, document binding and other general administrative tasks as requested
This is a part-time, job-share position on our corporate reception (22.5 hours a week). Your roster will be agreed in advance, however ongoing flexibility will be required in regards to hours and days worked.
Qualifications
Ideally you will have exceptional people and customer service skills, enjoy working in a team environment and have good experience in data entry.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Previous experience working in a corporate receptionist role and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong administration and data entry skills
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- A flexible and accommodating approach to your hours and work ethic
- Punctual and reliable
