We are currently seeking a data entry operator to join our internal finance department. It is a permanent full-time position based in Adelaide CBD.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Assisting with payroll
  • Processing and maintaining data registers
  • General administrative duties
  • Handling queries from internal/external stakeholders
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
  • Invoicing

The successful applicant will have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in providing a strong client service focus
