We are currently seeking a data entry operator to join our internal finance department. It is a permanent full-time position based in Adelaide CBD.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Assisting with payroll
- Processing and maintaining data registers
- General administrative duties
- Handling queries from internal/external stakeholders
- Preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
- Invoicing
The successful applicant will have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in providing a strong client service focus
