To provide professional reception and administrative support to the Executive. Manage incoming customer contact for the office; greet and manage visitors; coordinate and liaise with Department Liaison Officers, advisors, Customer Relations and Government Services Branch regarding Ministerial correspondence.

Description
• Requesting and managing the collection of information;
• Compiling accurate and timely briefings and correspondences on behalf of the Ministry;
• Building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; and
• Handling information in a discrete and confidential manner.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have past experience working in a Government organisation. Exceptional written and verbal communication and information processing skills are vital. You will be a highly organised individual who is able to take initiative to prioritise amongst numerous tasks and complete assignments within short time frames. Given the team-based nature of this role, you will be a positive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with others.
