Job Purpose

As the Business Support Coordinator you will be part of the administration team that are responsible for providing a range of support services within the provision of administration  BAU (Business as Usual) and other project related activities. 

This is a varied role so we are looking for someone with integrity who can juggle priorities and have the ability to multitask while still providing impeccable support to all of the internal staff.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and publications as required;
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, dealing with queries in a timely manner;
  • Processing of invoices and maintenance of electronic filing systems and databases;
  • Readiness to carry out other duties as required to achieve the key business targets,
  • Assistance with the Customer Help Desk where required.

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role you will be required to address the following selection criteria:

  • Experience in supervising and mentoring administration staff
  • Experience in either managing or creating databases/spreadsheets and working with CRM Systems
  • Strong organisational time management, prioritisation and coordination skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing environments.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively autonomously in a team environment and/or with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
  • High technical skills and knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office program suite and demonstrated capacity to learn various software’s.
