Apprenticeships Are Us group are on the search for a Recruiter to join our expanding team. We are a specialist Automotive Apprenticeship Employer located in the centre of Sydney, being Parramatta.
Our team is made up of helpful, friendly Recruiters, Mentors and Account Managers that successfully work with the Automotive industry to supply a steady stream of automotive apprentices.
The Administrator will receive 'on the job' training and mentoring.
Your day to day job will be based around candidate management. Including, but not limited to;
- Placing ads
- Sourcing candidates
- Conducting interviews
- Registering suitable candidates
- Updating candidate profiles on database
- Reference Checking
- Updating database with notes
- Regular contact with candidates
- Work with Account Managers to place Candidates in an Automotive Apprenticeship
- Manage stakeholder relationships
