This role will suit a superstar administrator! As a strong team player, you'll have a patient but pro-active mindset. Having sharpened your administration and client services skills previously in an accounting firm.

Your Role Will Include:
  • Working closely with 1 Partner, liaising with their clients on a daily basis
  • Typing of correspondence letters
  • Management of website and Facebook page
  • Management of ATO lodgements and reporting to partners
  • Management of debtors and reporting
  • Scanning, emailing, filing
  • Assisting with the coordination of office functions
  • Preparation of monthly newsletter
Ideally, You Will:
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within an accounting firm
  • Have experience lodging tax returns and liaising with the ATO
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills
