A leading Fire Protection & Facilities Management Company in Sydney (South CBD) is looking for an Account Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a business that has great family culture & dynamics. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administration clerk to join a Team that will support your Career expectations in this thriving Industry.
You must have excellent Customer Service, Communication & organisational skills. This position will require you to liaise with Clients, Management, suppliers & Technicians to ensure that all service requirements are Reconciled & Invoiced proficiently.
If you have simPRO software experience within the Electrical, Fire Services, Facilities Management or HVAC industries I would like to hear from you.
What You Need;
- Previous Fire Services or Facilities Management as Admin/Coordinator/Scheduler experience
- simPRO knowledge
- Proficient knowledge of Outlook
- Exceptional Customer Service & Communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail & highly organised
On Offer is a Base Salary up to $70,000 + Super (dependent on Experience)
