The Customer Service Administrator will be one of the first points of contact for customers arriving onsite and phone enquiries. With a blend of customer service and administration duties, this role is varied and requires a personable, dedicated candidate who enjoys multi-tasking in a team environment.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties will include:
- Customer sales, EFTPOS transactions, invoicing and raising credits
- Booking and coordinating daily outbound freight
- General office support and administration
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- A 'can do attitude' and enjoy working in a team environment
- A proven track record in customer support and office administration
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A desire to become an expert in our products and their application
- A good understanding of MS Office
