That's where you come in.

We're on the hunt for a Receptionist to be the face and voice of our Sydney office in Macquarie Park.

You'll provide a professional welcome to all people visiting the office as well as handling incoming phone calls and ensuring the highest possible quality of customer service.

You'll take responsibility for ensuring that the reception area is maintained in an appropriate and welcoming condition and will provide general administrative support to the wider business. This may include a wide range of duties such as word processing, travel bookings, invoicing and reporting.

So, what do we need?

You'll be a highly self-motivated and proactive individual who shows initiative and takes ownership of given tasks. You'll have a proven ability to maintain a friendly and positive disposition and you'll take pride in the quality of your work and the experience you provide our visitors.

Your previous corporate reception experience in a busy role will put you in good stead as you utilise your excellent time management skills to juggle competing priorities.

You'll have a professional phone manner, exceptional communication skills and will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite especially Word and Excel. It goes without saying that you'll have strong customer service and interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help people.
