An exciting and rare role has come up at a well-known financial services company in the Sydney CBD. Our client is looking for someone who has exceptional experience in customer service and comes from either a 5 star hotel hospitality background or has VIP airline experience.  This is an exciting chance to join a growing organisation that provides the chance for progression, plenty of company benefits and work life balance.

 

In this role you will be in charge of 2 main meeting rooms and a busy top tier concierge area that is newly renovated with state of the art facilities. Your main duty will be to welcome guests and ensure their experience is beyond amazing from arrival to departure.

 

Other duties of the role:

  • Answering telephones and responding to emails from external and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining the concierge area and its presentation
  • Helping out the administration team with day to day tasks

 

Requirements:

  • Be able to work autonomously
  • Take ownership of the role and use initiative to ensure the reception is ran smoothly
  • Be a kind, friendly and welcoming person who treats every guest like VIP
  • Be a brand ambassador and represent the company at a high standard
  • Have great interpersonal skills
  • 3 + years’ experience in a front of house guest service role
