Central Irrigation Trust is a leading irrigation supplier of water to the horticultural industry. We are located at Barmera in the Riverland of South Australia and are seeking a Customer Accounts Manager to join our team.
The Customer Accounts Manager manages customer accounts and provides an important interface between CIT and its customers and strives to strengthen the existing relationships
We are looking for a person with:
- Strong customer focus including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a diverse range of people
- Strong negotiation, mediation and dispute resolution skills
- Strong computing and data analysis capabilities (including Microsoft Office skills)
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
In addition experience by applicants with any of the following will be well regarded:
- Experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of the legal requirements of credit management
- Compliance management skills
