If you have a passion for data entry, administration, project management & customer service, then you’ll love this role!

We’re looking for someone who can multitask, handle high volumes of requests, has exceptional attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast paced, results-driven environment.

As Client Service Coordinator, you will work with the Operations team to provide information to clients and our sales team for upcoming campaigns; test and schedule static and digital files; organise print & installation of material. You will also collate information from various sources and enter data accurately into our system within strict deadlines.

 

Here's what you'll do...

  • Run reports & send out campaign guidelines to clients
  • Receive & interpret instructions from clients & processing them accordingly
  • Test & schedule digital files
  • Data entry & verification of large volumes of campaign information
  • Communicate with multiple clients & multiple sales teams via phone & email
  • Pro-actively troubleshooting & problem solving
  • Notify relevant people of issues & challenges
  • Suggest process improvements
  • Respond to numerous requests from our large national sales team
  • General administration tasks

  • The ability to multi task & handle high volumes of requests whilst maintaining excellent customer service
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge with the Microsoft Office suite with experience in reporting with Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Superior time management and prioritisation skills
  • The ability to work accurately, logistically and efficiently given tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving skills and a solutions orientated approach to issues and challenges
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • The desire to work in a collaborative team environment
  • A professional, outgoing and motivated personality
